While her speech was GREAT...I didn't get the relevance of the moment. The shit was TOO lengthy! They should've played the "wrap it up" music after about 3 minutes in. What? All we wanted to see was Janet anyway dammit!

I didn't even watch the entire show (fell asleep), but I too am glad I saw the highlights at the beginning. I probably would have beat Kanye senseless with that moonman on national television. As for Lady Gaga...sigh...tries way too hard. She is a decent singer but you would never know it from all the fuckery. I was hoping the MJ tribute would be much longer as well, but Janet did him good.
