My...My...My...I know yall like WHO IN DA HELL?? When I first saw this pic the tall bright dude totally gave it away because he still looks EXACTLY the same. OMG they use to be my FAVORITE group...and I STILL melt when I throw in one of their CD's. And I gotta admit @ first glance the shorter bright dude with the cotton ball hair was making me feel kinda "intrigued" if you will...(IDK his name)

Yup Yall...Garfield, Marc, Darnell & Erik who together made that 90's R&B group SHAI...*swoons* I have a lot of favorite songs by them but if I had to pick two...it would be this....

***Fun Fact: Shai's first single & album "If I Ever Fall In Love" topped the charts @ #2 & also when TRIPLE Platinum...The hit single was actually written by group member Carl Martin who wrote the song for his ex-girlfriend "Camille"...
***Where Are They Now???: Apparently still making music...according to their Myspace page they've been doing a few Live shows...
As for "cotton ball" hair dude; I was feeling ole boy until I watched this...

You know I used to have a thing for Garfield, who is aging rather well (I might add,) until my freshman year in college. At 6am, my roommate woke me up to tell me that she was going to "hang out" with him somewhere out in Smyrna. She wanted me to see what she had on, just in case something happened to her...she was back in our room by 11:30am...smh
Shai, swoon... My favorite song was "Comforter", but I remember in middle school everybody tried to sing "If I Ever Fall in Love" at talent shows, good/bad memories, lol...
OMG!!! I loved that song, Comforter!!! It is also my fav...and smdh at ur roomate Lboogie, lol...hope it was worth it, he is fine though
Garfield is still looking rather great. lol If I Ever Fall In Love was my ish. I can honestly say I've never listened to their entire cd though. I still have the cd too.

Man, yeah, that was the tall light one @ O - and who DIDN'T have a crush on him when they first came out? You know what? Each of those guys could sing lead and I hate that one dark one who sung lead on "Mr. Turn Me Out" left to go solo. :(

Garfield attended my HS for about a year I think. We had no idea he could sing. He used to carry around a 35mm camera, we thought he'd be a photographer. LOL It was a shock to see him singing on TV. :)
As a matter of fact, Garfield goes to my college. I met him, he's really cool people. But the brother is fiiiiiiiine (even with a gang of hair, I'm jealous). Anyway, it's cool that they are somewhat back in effect.
Dam Garfield is still fine. I was surfing the web for them for some reason a while back and I saw this pic. He still looks the exact same. Wow
