Now that I've got your attention let me start off by saying I really don't hate her...LOL...Ashanti's whole look @ this event is HAWT!!!! And I LOVE her makeup...I've seen her sport that electric blue eye-shadow before....and I said I wanted to try the look...keep in mind I'm a total novice when it comes to makeup...but I keeps me some MAC eyeshadow...lol...So I decided to give the look a try...being that I don't own the exact colors she's wearing I just worked with what I had...I don't know what I was thinking with the three different colors but as you can see it created a whole new Remix of the original look...I think I'll leave it to the professionals from now on...anyway I tried...

I love Ashanti (and your) makeup, and the colors in the dress. The dress as a whole, not so much. I get the urge to water the picture every time I see it.
And I tried the blue underline makeup when I saw Keri Hilson. It looks GREAT when you have a blue that pops!
